Student Success Coordinator 2026-2027 School Year
Student Success Coordinator – The Mohawk Trail Regional School District is seeking a full-time Student Success Coordinator to support a young adult participating in the WINGS Program at Greenfield Community College for the year ahead. The WINGS Program provides an inclusive college experience at GCC for anyone aged 18 or older with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD). Students are fully included in the campus community as they develop skills in career-planning and employment, self-advocacy, and self-determination to support their postsecondary interests and activities. Position is guaranteed for one year only.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend college courses on campus at GCC three days a week, and provide support to WINGS Client at Mohawk Trail Regional School two days a week
- Provide support for executive functioning challenges
- 1:1 academic coaching
- Promote participation in on-campus social events and peer mentorship opportunities
- Support WINGS Client in skill and interest mapping, goal setting, and vision planning
- Serve as liaison between the District, client’s family, and WINGS staff
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous work experience with young adults with disabilities, ages 18-22, in school or community settings
- MASS Teaching Certification preferred
- Skill in helping young adults navigate new school and community spaces preferred.
- Ability to communicate across agencies and advocate on behalf of WINGS Client
Salary - $30,000 to $45,000/year, commensurate with experience and qualifications
